11-4-10 1 mile treadmill; 15 minutes Elliptical

11-5-10 20 minutes Elliptical; 3/4 Mile Treadmill. It’s something you slugo’s!

I believe I’m skipping my workout today.  I hate to seem all woo-woo but I sucked down 2 bottles of air in a couple of minutes.  Fat guys shouldn’t fight fire.

11-7-10  Today I failed to workout. I slack, therefore I am.

11-8-10 30 minutes Elliptical– 37 points  + 2 oops!

11-9-10 16 Min TM=1 mile  10 Min Stationary bike.

11-10-10 Nada, Zilch, nothing… I slacked and ate bad!
