Didn’t want to……….
But i did…….rode the bike twice again today…..30 minutes each time, 11 miles. Also did some leg excercises this morning. Gonna try to keep it up. And hope everyone else keeps it up too!

Bike
OK! I rode the bike 5 miles on Monday; 10 miles on both Tuesday and Wednesday; and 5 miles today (Thursday). Want to get in 10 miles a day but somedays are better than others. Gotta work on it!
